great selectionconfusing heating systemno hand soap
The room was a good size. Breakfast had a great selection.
The confusing heating system was a major problem. The staff could not explain how to set it so it was far too hot in the bedroom. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom even after another guest raised the issue the previous day.

comfortable bedsconfusing thermostatirritating music
The beds were comfortable offering acceptable rest after a long day.
The heating system was very confusing with an analogue thermostat and digital controls I did not understand. I asked a staff member for assistance but they were unable to explain it to me. The music played in public areas was irritating.

the location was by the sea, and it did have fabulous rooms.
our bedroom was overlooking the car park which was a big shame. the sitting area had water stains, and it was dirty. i put one of the the bathrobes on, and i found a swimming pool fob in the pocket which clearly meant that it was not washed.

fair stay overall
lovely staffgreat locationwater staineddirty curtains
the staff were lovely and cute. location is great, it is on edge of coast. i believe facilities are excellent, same as accommodation.
the bedroom did overlook the car park. it's a big shame, i think. sitting area curtains had huge water stains and was very dirty. the curtain was hanging off the track.
